10 40 castrol magnatec or mobile.
Depending on the situation, 5 30 can be placed. If the vehicle's distance is low, it can be placed. However, as 5 30 is a thinner oil, it may cause leaks or oil loss.

I know that 10 40s are semi-synthetic, 5 30s are fully synthetic.

I know that too. They did something with their synthetic technology. It is not mixed in full mineral oil, but in synthetic, mixed. Of course, this doesn't mean it's bad.

My teacher 1 year or 10 thousand km usually you can put 5w30 mobile oil or castrol 5w30 as oil, but also 10w40.

Diesel is also used in 10 40 or 5 40 too. Especially those who use mobile 5 40 are satisfied. The change interval is one year or 10 thousand km whichever comes first. In fact, fully synthetic oils go about 15 thousand km but there is benefit in early change.
