Oil mileage reset problem

Hello everyone, I have a 2015 model Partner Tepe Zenit. I reset the oil mileage, but after a short while, it shows the oil mileage as 100 again and gives a maintenance warning. I've done this several times, but it's always the same. Can anyone help me with this?

Hello, I had no problems until I installed the Android tape recorder with a screen, but after the tape recorder, I have the same problem. I reset it, then a yellow exclamation mark appears on the screen, it says oil maintenance - 100, I couldn't find a solution, my guess is that it has something to do with the tape recorder that is installed, it doesn't work.
