oil level indicator ??

the vehicle in the signature is mine. As I know, I just bought it and I'm a newbie. When I switch on the ignition, my oil level indicator shows maximum and the lights are on. 1-2 seconds after starting, the lights go out and the indicator drops to the place that says off. is this a normal situation? If not, what do you think is the solution?

If it is the same indicator on 206 gti, it is not the oil level, it is the oil temperature indicator and it is natural to do so when it starts up.
