I wanted to share it with you in case anyone wants to try it. As I know, 206 Plus `um and I do not have a trip computer. As I do with my 3-way trip computer and Com2000, as some of my friends did, I thought of doing something more interesting and more detailed. Taking advantage of the blessings of the phone and technology that I use. :))

For this, first of all, a mobile phone with a Symbian operating system, or one of the other phones called SmartPhone, can be Android operating system or Windows Mobile operating system. Since mine was Symbian, I focused on symbian.

I had a lot of shopping from the Dealextreme site from the Chinese shopping sites and this time I bought the Bluetooth OBD II Reader that I needed for this project that is on my mind. I will have it in about 2-4 weeks. I am already thinking of sharing it with you after running the system. As you know, OBD II Devices are also used in services and they read all kinds of information about your vehicles with this device and try to solve them. These devices share instant data and error codes of the vehicle with you.

The feature of the device I will buy is Bluetooth and I cannot read this data wirelessly.

One of the programs I intend to use for the phone is OBDSCOPE, which is written in Symbian language for this job, as below screenshot on the phone, this is an incremental event.

I will share the results of this process with you after the device arrives. If I had an Android phone, there was actually a much better program :))))

The device I bought will come with $ 26 and free shipping.

Actually, if I say that there is a bluetooth screen, how will the phone not always stop in the car?

The room is simple, you can actually solve the work with Chinese tablet pc. With prices starting from 130 lira :))))

Hello sir,

Can I find out which OBD-II reader you bought? Do you have any information about Lexia 3? I have some projects too and Lexia 3 was pretty good. I just started research, so I don't have a deep knowledge. I would be glad if you share your knowledge and experience.

Works with the program named lexia planet2000.

just buying the device is actually useless.

you should also find the program. This is the program used by peugeot in services.

It performs operations such as diagnostics, identification, deletion, etc. with a program called planet 2000.

The device your friend bought is probably the ELM 327 series.

edit: already writing on Gülme

I wrote it above but I haven't received it yet, but friends have tested it, I hope it works fine in my car. A device that uses ELM 327 chipset, especially I prefer wireless bluetooth, which is also a more portable system so that it doesn't squirt cables from all over the car.

For now I am doing it for mobile phone. I then think of connecting almost anything to it by making the tool a touchscreen and a mini computer (using a torpedo, or an android tablet). I would like to take the music system, GPS Navigation, Vehicle information, instant data, and even one step further, connect with 3G internet and make the service remotely connected to the vehicle in case of any malfunction.

Of course, since these are all costs, I am slowly picking up the materials.

I heard the device you said but because it is wired, I prefer to work with wireless or bluetooth devices other than my field of interest. Excessive prices in Turkey and abroad were able to find them at very reasonable prices, especially in china website.

Seeing this topic, I remembered what I had Sırıtma I also got this obd interface. How many I bought and sold. I have 4 of them standing in the trunk. 2 of them are bluetooth, 2 of them are wired. I can give it if anyone wants. I'm a bitter bar :) but it doesn't connect to old models. for example, it does not connect to my car. because the protocol is different. I use pp2000 when i need it ...
I had never thought of connecting from the phone with this bluetooth alone. I can try on my mobile phone with windows mobile as well ...
this cable supports 9-10 protocols. It is compatible with more vehicles than pain. you can read many things.
engine speed
vehicle speed
preignition
oxygen generator
engine temperature
short and long fuel trims
throttle pain
motor law
fuel pressure
open loop-closed loop
like etc vs
If the malfunction lamp lights up, you can diagnose it, you can read it and be able to read it.
you can see the parameters
only the programs I use let me highlight it in English ...
I also tried this cable on many vehicles. 2008 diesel clıo, 2003 cıvıc, 2008 cıvıc, 2001 accent, 2000 1.4 clıo, 2000 1.6 xsara, etc. etc
at some point I developed heat to accent. I connected both the OBD and the LPG to the information. I made adjustments on the road according to the information coming from the oxygen oxygen officer. but it is difficult and difficult :)

Cem then there are a lot of programs on the internet suitable for this job, written for windows mobile, you can use them. Thus, there is no need to drive a big computer. :))

It is true but it can be useful for these partial uses.
I tried bluetooth uda sometimes the connection is broken. the cable is working much more smoothly ... i would just recommend the cable if the test is to be taken. Also, even if you have Bluetooth, you can't keep the interface in the socket. Because the cover of the socket is not closed while the interface is plugged in ... you can't go around constantly. however, it does not cause much trouble even if it is stuck in some vehicles because it is under open torpedo. For example, on 2003 right side of the gas pedal does not cause any problems. but in 2001 accent the clutter stands on it, the foot can be attached :))
Sometime I told me to do this. I was enthusiastic when he wasn't in my car. Otherwise, a very nice side :)

@cecoli, wired in you lexia? I also want to be wired especially because I want to put some microcontroler circuit on it and interpret the data that comes with it and develop some applications. So besides BSI, I will have my own BSI Dil Çıkarma

not me lexia. Lexias work for around $ 300 and only in the PSA group (peugeot citroen). It does not work in any other brand. Also, the lexi name is the name of the program used for citroen. peugeot planet 2000 is used for peugeot.
wired model is the same as I see in the picture. the socket is exactly the same. The ELM327 interface goes out and is a universal device ... not the old obd sockets. But even if my vehicle is like the same socket, its protocol does not exist on different vehicles ... but no problem in leaks ...

As a result, a software is required to read data from this device and therefore a laptop. My purpose is to read this data with a microprocessor, so they don't work. I think my thought is a bit difficult because it is a bit like a closed box. Too many documents, no information about BSI.

There are touch screen tablet PCs. these navigation devices actually work as a mobile pc. In this kind of tool, there is Windows CE 5.0 operating system. In this case, you do not need to use a notebook. We can use a friend who makes software with dot net or a program written before. Software can be developed on a device with a BT connection. This kind of pc is a more detailed tool than a trip computer. I also have an anroid phone, I can help you to work on this issue. Let's get it from this device and try it.

@mstfkrl: So instead of dealing with the microprocessor, a water style application can also be done. Since we can communicate with bluetooth, we will get a tablet pc and programs as you say. Then we can control the microprocessor I mentioned with the same software from the same PC. In this way, there is no application that we cannot do in the vehicle. We can also convert the event to visual with the software on the tablet pc. A logical but very fragmented project.

From which port you can read the microprocessor. (usb, bt, serial)?
yes a little hardware is growing but it can be a really good project. It will have both touch screen and windows features. If the user wants, we can listen to music and watch videos from here. And as you said in the vehicle, we can shoot all the data. I need to examine this information reading tool.
