Not eating gas in the first run

If you get up immediately at the first start of the vehicle, it does not eat the gas in 1st gear, I have to press the clutch again and give the gas. When I shift into 2nd gear, it has a hard time picking up revs. revs very slowly. There is no such problem when switching from 2 to 3, I have no problem in upper gears. Lately, I don't have throttle response on first start either. But mine is 1.4 diesel. It gives the throttle in neutral, there is no reaction even though I step on the gas while I shift and take my foot off the clutch. When you repeat the same process, the throttle response comes with difficulty. There were no errors on the PC.
