APPLICATION OF {NOS} TO ENGINES NOS application, which stands for Nitrous Oxide, is one of the most effective ways to increase power. The power of an internal combustion engine depends on how strongly it can detonate the oxygen it receives from the outside with the fuel it sprays. The general purpose of the engine modification is to increase the air (oxygen) gasoline mixture entering the engine and thereby intensify the explosion inside. That is, the two main variables in the system are fuel and oxygen. Fuel is relatively easy to store and transfer. However, increasing the intake of air requires additional studies and this is usually the subject of the modification. The most important factor is the intense molecules in the air entering. Cold air is much more intense than hot air. The denser the incoming air, the stronger the explosion inside, the higher the power and torque produced. This is why cars perform better in cold weather and air filters are installed to receive cold air. The NOS, a mixture of nitrogen and oxygen, increases the amount of oxygen to be burned and the severity of the explosion in two ways. The first and most important of these is the nitrogen and oxygen decomposition of nitrous oxide, which enters the combustion chamber in the form of 1 oxygen atom combined with 2 nitrogen atoms. In this case, oxygen remaining free allows burning more gasoline and increasing explosion intensity in addition to the air taken from outside. The second factor, nitrous oxide, which is kept under the pressure of approximately 1000 PSI in the tube as liquid, turns into gas due to the pressure difference when it is first released towards the intake manifold. This change absorbs heat, allowing the temperature inside to drop dramatically. The decrease in heat, of course, comes from more concentrated oxygen molecules anl *****. This is the second factor that will strengthen the explosion inside, so NOS increases engine power much faster, much simpler and much larger than other modifications. Moreover, its price is quite reasonable. However, this great power produced by nitrous oxide can cause wear on parts that are not produced accordingly. A wide variety of examples can be given, from the piston and piston bearings to the driveline and the driveline. NOS has limited use for a limited period of time. The NOS tube, which can be controlled by the driver with the switches in the cockpit, can be kept open for up to 30 seconds without interruption and is used for drag races or similar sudden starts and sudden accelerations. There are two different types of NOS called DRY and WET. In DRY NOS, the system uses the existing injection system to burn the gas and the air entering the air filter. Of course, it is often the case that the injectors are enlarged and the electronic control unit is modified. In models called WET, wet NOS, there is a fuel supplement to burn the gas to the intake manifold and the air coming from the air filter inside. The place called wet is actually the intake manifold. Instead of modifying the existing injection system, the Wet system means that the NOS system brings the extra fuel it needs, with it. When the NOS tube is closed, the car runs on the fuel provided by the standard injection system. As soon as the NOS is loaded and the gas is pressed, additional fuel coming from the tube is activated and sprayed into the intake manifold, and in the dry system, only the intake manifold, which transfers air and gas, will transfer both air and gas and liquid fuel in this wet system. it has advantages and disadvantages. The Dry system is advantageous in that it does not require extra connections and storage of fuel in the tube, but it has the disadvantage that the amount of nitrous, gasoline and air to each cylinder is not the same. In the wet system, it is possible to send gasoline and nos mixture to each cylinder with the required rates of full t *****. But the disadvantage of this system is air and fuel transfer. The intake manifold has to transfer a mixture of air, nitro and gasoline. Designed to transfer air only, this component is not very effective in transferring the air-gasoline mixture. In addition, as the gasoline in the tube decreases, the pressure of the gasoline sent decreases and there is a loss in performance towards the end ____ is a quote from a site that I am stuck on ___ www.telefondunyasi@hotmail.com
