New 308 Mat Wear

It's been 3 months since I bought my car, I use it with sports shoes, but the mat is worn. It was not replaced under warranty either, they stated that it was a user error. According to my determination, the material under the mat is corroding the mat, is there anyone living among you? They suggested that I give money and buy the same product, and it will be the same result. It's very silly.

Good luck with your car. Is the mat carpet type or plastic type? If the carpet is type, it may possibly be a quality problem. I think your car is a new case 308.
