New 3008 MyPeugeot Disconnected

Good afternoon everyone. We bought the new make-up case Peugeot 3008 Allure. 2021 model. I can't connect it to MyPugeot application. What is the problem? The phone is iphone7.

Unfortunately, this program does not work very stable. I succeeded sometime, but now when I install the latest update of the application, the data does not flow to the teleton, although it says CONNECTED TO THE VEHICLE. I can recommend the following:
1. Delete and re-pair the car and phone bluetooth pairing.
2. With Bluetooth off, try making a connection via USB with the phone's original cable t .
3. Then open the MyPeugeot application.
4. With the app open, turn on the bluetooth signal of the phone and connect to the car via bluetooh.
5. MyPeugeot Connectable to Car warning will appear on the mobile phone's notification screen. Click it and let the app connect.
6. Do all this in a place with a cell phone network.
7. After 5-6 seconds, in the MyPeugeot application, a light blue band will appear at the top and the text VEHICLE CONNECTED. span style = "font-size: 11pt;">
as I said, the program is not very stable. There are some who have tried these steps many times and succeeded in the end, and there are also those who can connect to the vehicle not every time.
