New 2008 Engine Vingling Sound While Idling - 2008 (2020-)

Hello. I have a 2023 Peugeot 2008 Active Prime with 19,000 km on it. Yesterday, I started hearing a "Wind Wind Wind" sound from the front right side of the car. It's especially noticeable when the RPM is between 1,500 and 2,000. It's heard both while driving and when idling. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?
