My vehicle doesn't eat gas

Hello friends, my 307 1.6 hdi 110 hp vehicle has not started to eat gas at high speeds for the last 1-2 months. When I want to accelerate from the 90's, I root the gas, it doesn't eat for 15-20 seconds, and then it starts to eat, and something sounds like humming whistling sound by the engine.
