My Parthner 2002 model 1.9 diesel vehicle and I have a problem like this. I get into the vehicle, turn the ignition and run it, the battery warning lamp stays on and gives a warning with a faint noise. Wipers, signals, no electrical hardware working. I remove and plug the positive terminal of the battery, everything is returning to normal as if I reset itself, I use it for 5-6 days, there is no problem. I'm getting in the car again, it's the same mistake. Neither the electrician, nor the brain mechanic can find the fault. When I picked up the car, the speedometer was broken, I don't know if the original engine was installed but I checked the BSI and the Indicator, they say no problem. I had a 75 Amp battery installed. Do you have any such problems before, guys?

Since there is no such problem from the battery's amp, there should be something else, I think the whole problem is bsiden because it doesn't work on signal arms etc.

Yes, I think so too, but when the plus pole is removed, we think that everything will be okay, but it is not a problem. Because if there is a problem, it should not be removed by removing it. So, can the original peugoet program in the services find the error?

I found Nette BSI resetting process. Is there anybody who has an information? Only my vehicle has a post center system. In the process, he says, press the power off button for 10 seconds. If we do this operation, will the complete brain information be deleted?

Peugeot Citroen cars have a “BSI” (Body Systems Interface) ECU.

Follow this procedure for the reset (reboot).

Have the drivers window fully open.
Open the bonnet and make sure all equipment is switched off including interior light.
Close all doors and remove key from the ignition.
Wait 3 minutes, disconnect the vehicle battery then wait 15 seconds.
Reconnect the vehicle battery and wait a further 10 seconds.
Switch on the side lights through the driver's window.
Switch on the ignition DO NOT start the engine at this point.
Hold the lock button on the key down for 10 seconds while key is still in the ignition.
Switch off ignition and remove key open & close door to test central locking system.
Start the engine.
