The same problem continued in the following years. they couldn't find the problem. Starting but not igniting. went to the service many times. spark plugs, battery etc. everything changed. Finally, he was in the service for a week last week. but they couldn't find it. I force the car for 10-15 minutes when the weather drops to 3-4 degrees. sometimes it sounds alert and doesn't work anymore. winter months have been a nightmare for me. WHY COULD IT BE?
