My 206 troubles in the morning

hello friends I have 2002 206 colorline 1.4 gasoline + lpg vehicle..mornings I go to work in the early hours, sometimes the car does not eat gas, usually it does it before the temperature reaches 90a do you think it is normal, can it be caused by the engine is not fully heated? my bidet car is 2002 model but the same as 2003 xline has a digital display instead of a watch on the chest but it is a bit strange writing colorline on the license? thanks in advance ..

In general, there is a lack of gas consumption and jerky Gasoline / LPG passage until the heat formed in the atikers. Unfortunately, I have encountered this problem in many vehicles, all of which are the combination of Atiker and 1.4. I have never experienced platica. Does the problem cause gasoline vehicle ??
