My 206 dial gets stuck. !! please help ..

recently the speedometer gets stuck
For example, when I go with 50, it hangs down from 50 even though I don't get down .. However, even if I go with 20, it shows that it is 70 even when it is 50.
I turn off the contact and pit 5-10 times every turn, the AC drops 10 km km and comes to 0.

2 reasons why I think ..

The dial of the 1st dial may have failed
I had the 2nd controlled exhaust, the electrician connected the exhaust to the display panel of the instrument panel, this problem occurred after the exhaust was connected, the electrician installed the 5 ampere dashboard when I noticed the exhaust, I put it back in the 10 ampere booth.
possibly the circuits on the instrument panel were damaged due to excessive current.

Indicator problems always appear in 206. I find it abnormal to see that it does not come anymore.If it turns out, it sounds normal.
