misfire shaking idle solution - 206

hi 15 days ago I rejoined the peugeot family. 2 pejoms had been before 504 and 505 already bought 206 now 2000 mod 1.4 lpg li mornings, the first start was to stop, and the engine was getting better and the ignition was changed. I solved the problem in the following way, I bought 30 TL gasoline, 5 TL injector cleaner additive (there are gas stations), then I removed the hose that went to the throat from the filter, clean the butterfly throat with wd40 (5tl) with a cloth, then dismantled the idle valve, the tip of this valve turned out to be something that turned black again wd40 I squeeze it and play it nicely with the header, I removed the pressure sensor in the same way with allen and clean it and put it back in place (this requires a bit of expertise). I r.

the result:

misfire is up

performance increased

single starter smooth idling

comfortable departure

expense account:

30 TL gasoline

5 tl wd40 (small size)

5 TL injector cleaner additive

Total: 40 TL

the pressure sensor is removed with a single screw star allen T40

The idler sensor has one more screw on the lower cross of the yellow round with two allen screws

Removed with T 20

remove the battery terminal (+) before removing the pressure sensor and rolati sensor

Unscrew these two screws to clean the butterfly throat below the small attached hose

remove the hose aside by pressing on the yellow strip as I mentioned

If we look into the throat after removing the hose aside, how dirty

by squeezing a clean cloth wd 40 slowly around the throat

Let's clean the dirt accumulated like black and black as much as our finger can enter

let's open the throat and clean it thoroughly by holding the gas valve in between.

then place them again and again without carefully rushing them into place.

I agree with my friend ahmet balata spray is perfect for such problems. The wd 40 dust accumulates dirt as molding.

The pressure sensor can be simply swept with a single wrench, when you remove the sensor, you can see the oval hollow small circle, again by spraying it and shaking the sensor and then put it back.

What does a map sensor do?
• This sensor sends data to the ECU (vehicle brain) based on the amount of manifold pressure. Ecu adjusts its advance and the amount of gasoline accordingly. MAf sensor located on Manifolt

why are we disconnecting the battery terminal?

the battery terminal is removed for precautionary purposes

If it cuts when heated, check the v-belt and its tensioner, most likely the belt will cut the knock for 35 tl. It is fixed with the trial.
