Reasons for Sequential System LPG Misfire

We wanted to give a brief explanation about the sequential system LPG misfire problem. The causes of misfire in sequential systems are lpg-sourced or divided into two parts by the ignition system. We have briefly summarized these reasons below.

Factors Causing Misfire in the Lpg System

1- If it is defective, it will cause misfire because it will send irregular lpg fuel to the cylinder they are connected to.

2- If the regulator pressure is irregular, misfire occurs because it will send irregular fuel to the lpg injectors.

3- LPG singling occurs due to factors such as looseness oxidation in electrical installation. As they do not use soldering in cable connections, especially in the installation of electrical installations made by people who are not expert in the installation, the cable loosening and oxidation occur by being affected by many factors such as water intake and humidification. For such reasons, there is a conductivity problem in cables in case of vibration.

4- In rare cases, it causes misfire at certain speeds due to lpg ecu failure. > 5- In sequential systems, if the gas cutter inner filter is excessively blocked, it causes misfire. It is necessary to replace the gas cutter filters on average between 30 and 50 thousand km.

6- If the lpg regulator is not warming up, that is, if the radiator water is missing and the circulation is not regular, the sequential system may misfire in lpg.
< br /> 7- If there is engine water leakage, it causes engine water to make air in some vehicles. For this reason, the engine cannot perform the water circulation task for a certain period of time, and in such cases, if the transition temperature to gas is set early, the inert system will suffocate misfire due to liquid gas going to the injectors.

8- Lpg injector cables are misplaced due to various reasons. Misfire occurs in lpg in sequential system.

9- If lpg injector nozzle diameter is too small or too big, there is a problem of not eating gas in the sequential system.

The reason for the problem is that the temperature of transition to gas is adjusted to a low degree especially in winter months.

Reasons of Misfire with Ignition System

1- Spark plug and spark plug cables are used in every vehicle with LPG. It is necessary to change every 50 thousand km.Otherwise, the spark plug and its cables lose their feature, and misfire occurs at certain speeds.

2-lpg vehicle will change the ignition coil every 100 thousand km. It should be obtained especially in Volkswagen, Opel group vehicles, which are German production, and their coils lose their features in a short time and cause misfire.

3- Misfire problem occurs rarely due to malfunction of sensors such as rpm and crank sensor of the ignition system.

4- If the charger is not charging enough, it will affect the engine's operating system, especially sequentially. system misfire occurs at lpg.

Sequential system idle problem generally occurs for two reasons. These reasons are divided into two as engine system and LPG system. Below are detailed posts about sequential system idling problem.

Factors Affecting Idling in Lpg system
1- If Lpg injectors are faulty, it causes shaking at idle in the vehicle.
2- If the Lpg setting is broken, idling If the problem occurs, it is necessary to make a control check every 30 thousand km.
3- If the Lpg brain is heated late for various reasons or if the transition temperature is set to low
, there is an idle problem when the engine is cold.
4- Injector nozzles If it is small or big, idle order is broken.
5- Lpg brain, in other words, if the regulator is defective, it will not send regular amount of gas to the injectors because it will change the pressure continuously. This will cause an idle problem in the vehicle.
6- Idling problem occurs.
7- If it is rarely, injector times are confused due to malfunction of lpg ecu or lp Idling problem arises because it sends gasoline while working at g.
8- If the gas cutter is too clogged in the inner filter, it affects idling and traction. The gas filter inner filter should change between 30 and 50 thousand km. One of the factors affecting the setting arises from the installation of the injector nozzles at a long distance.
Reasons Affecting Idling from the Engine System
1- If the throat butterfly is dirty and adaptation adjustment is not affected, it affects idling. that is, it affects idling due to low charge.
3- If there is a failure in idling engine, it causes irregular operation in both the cylinder and gasoline. 5- If the ignition system is faulty, the in-line system will cause an idle problem.
When using the in-line system in the vehicle with lpg, its performance is good and if it does not consume gas at lpg, there are two main reasons related to the engine and lpg system. The reasons related to the engine and lpg system are briefly listed below.

If the Sequential System Car Doesn't Eat Gas at Lpg Reasons Caused by the Lpg System

1- Lpg injector times may not be fully adjusted or the lpg injectors may be defective.

2- In rare cases, gas cutter or gas pipes are blocked and cause insufficient fuel to be sent to the engine, and the in-line system may cause the problem of not eating gas in the vehicle.

4- Lpg injector will cause the vehicle to suffocate and not eat gas if the diameter of the nozzles is small or large.

5- If the vehicle's lpg setting is defective or incorrectly adjusted, the engine will run at lpg.

6- If the LPG injector nozzles are installed at a long distance to the combustion chamber, performance loss and irregular operation occurs while the vehicle is at LPG.

7- If the LPG water is defective, the injector because their duration will be irregular no starter gas and irregular operation occurs.

8- If the gas transition temperature is set low, misfire occurs especially when the engine is cold.

If the vehicle does not gas at Lpg, the Reasons Related to the Engine < br />
1- If the in-line system's spark plug and cables in the ignition system of the vehicle are old and defective, there is a problem of misfire and gas consumption when using LPG.

2- Air filter of the vehicle is extremely clogged. If sequential system vehicle performance loss and fuel consumption problem arises.

3- If the sub-industry is used when the vehicle's coil, spark plug and cables fail, the system will cause misfire and no gas while the vehicle is in LPG.
