While driving on my car today, another car drove a lot of noise, but when I got off and checked, there were only light scratches on the right side now, the problem is that the right mirror is broken, or rather, it is not fixed in place. moving back, I wonder how can I disassemble it or do I have to buy a new one.

If it does not look broken outside, only the joints inside it are broken. Fix it to the playful place without moving it between them & fix it with duct tape until the transparent silicone filler dries. Use it like that.
