Mineral oil issue - 3008 (2016-)

At the beginning of the week I took my 2019 model 3008 vehicle to an authorized service in Istanbul, I asked my friend about the oil they use,

As far as I researched from google and forums, peugeot recommends 2297 as approved oil, this vehicle is filled with total ineo oil that has this approval at the factory, so I understand that my vehicle has this oil at the moment. It has a label, and on the Peugeot website it says it recommends Peugeot total.

Can Peugeot's authorized dealer use other oil when recommending Peugeot Total, is it okay if I add another approved oil to my vehicle, the oil filled at the factory does it mean more suitable for the engine?
