Metal Sound When Gasing and Release

Hello guys.

As you can hear in the video I added, when you give the gas and release it, there is a subtle sound as if two metals are hitting.

This is a sound I can hear when the window is open while on the move. sound.

Oddly enough, it doesn't always come. The vehicle comes intermittently regardless of whether it is hot-cold, stopping-moving.

I can say that it comes from the right side especially. As I hear from the right with both windows open.

I listened from the engine part, but I could not hear a sound in that part.

I checked under the vehicle, I hit the exhaust housing or something, but there was no sound like this (there is a normal tin sound in those sections)

When I hit the exhaust section (especially the middle muffler), I hear a similar ringing sound, but I think that it should make that sound every time you gas, even if it's from the exhaust.

I would be very, very happy if you could give me an idea and advice on this.
