You haven't gotten a reply. Did you solve it? The same happened to me. It happened 2 days ago after removing the battery terminal. 2 minutes to avoid a problem. whereas I waited and disassembled. I waited for the car to cut the electricity, so I took it off. Still, there was a problem. When I connected the battery, I immediately pressed the menu to adjust it. A first entry. He remained frozen before he could change it. I opened the ignition, closed it. I could not enter again. For two days, the time and date are blinking. I tried 50 times, it never entered. Radio, CD, trip computer all work normally. Warning messages appear. Menu, Esc, Ok, Dark, Mode buttons do not work. The radio socket pattern works on other buttons. Static electricity or something has been in use for two days. If it does not improve, I will remove the polarity again. I don't think of trying another solution.

Yesterday I removed it from the console to look at the sockets of the Radio-CD. The sockets look like staples in place. I plugged it in so I could blow the dust off and plug it in again. Buttons worked.

No, the radio is used every day, no problem. The battery of the falls connected to a single socket for two minutes. it is interesting that some of them are working and some of them are not working. Fortunately it improved.
