there is probably a chassis problem somewhere. If the tape works when the door is opened, there may be a problem with electricity. Because normally when the door is opened, either the top lamp lights up or the signal goes to the trip computer because the door is open. Probably those signals intermingle and turn on the tape. If the cd player is not reading, the reader is probably dirty. There are cd cleaning solutions in the stationery, you can apply it to the CD and follow the CD.
