If you are crowding sometime, I do not recommend more than 3.5 cm. It fits the original shock absorber more easily and does not cause much trouble and decrease.
Available in many shopping sites. Download 1 tooth or something to a good master in torsion. The torsion job is a bit difficult :)

I do not recommend lowering the torsion, otherwise you can distort the torsion arm and the seat on the axle. It would be costly. Because of this problem, I had to buy a complete rear axle in the industry.

Do not cut the original springs. They heat the spring and deteriorate its strength. Let me tell you what happened to my friend. He cut off the front springs of the 206 rc. After a while it broke, the car threw himself to the left and entered the barriers.
Torsion settings can damage the axle.
