loud clicks from the engine in the first run

Master, when I first started it in the last 30 weeks in my 307 1.4 gasoline vehicle, when the engine is cold, an extreme click is coming. As the gas throttle knocks, the click increases, the engine gets hot and the sound disappears. I was told that it could be from the oil, I changed the oil these days. When I started the car after 5 hours, I saw the same sounds coming again.

Because the weather is cold, lubrication is getting late. 5-40 I recommend changing the oil and oil filter.
