Long Start and Hit While Hot - 206

Hello,
We have 206 models of gasoline automatic 206 vehicles in 72500. Starter motor coal and diode tray changed 10,000 km ago. As a result of leaving me on the road 5000 km ago, the automatic starter changed. Everything about the starter has been almost overhauled. The problem is this: there is no problem with the first starter or cold starter.
But I have to start for a very long time than usual when I use the car with some speed and force it, or when I start the long road and turn off the engine and start again after 15-20 minutes. The vehicle seems to be drowning. At the same time, when it is fully working, there is a knock sound called "kut".
None of this happens when it's cold. What would be the reason? Thanks...
