LONG-Beam HEADLIGHT PROBLEM

I had 307 leds installed on my vehicle during the day, as of today I disassembled it, but there was a problem; First, the right park was not burned, I did it shortly, it started to not burn, and finally I showed the vehicle to the electrician. Shorts and parks did it from insurance, but I couldn't help the long ones.

Is the voltage value of the lamps you installed the same as the original.
Once, I installed a different lamp. As a result, the headlights of the car were not working. The headlights were working when the brake was applied.
