LOCKED UP

My 207 1.4 HDi model car is locked. I locked it normally from the remote, it didn't open after 2 hours. I changed the control battery, the control light is on, but it does not turn on, I can not open it with both keys. The key turns but does not open. Is there anything that can happen to me?
