Like a belt sound

My 307 2005 model 1.4 xr gasoline car mostly sounds like a belt sound when the engine is cold in the first starter.

The tension ball is dispersed. It happened to me a week ago. Since it is rubber, it loses its properties over time. When the master pulls it out, hold it in the middle with one hand, do it with the other hand, and click play. If it does, it is gone. The other one might be the crank pulley or the belt might be worn out? But it is very likely that when the ball turns the steering wheel, it makes it hard because the load is on it. I think it is locked by V belt (45TL) + 2 tensioning balls (120 TL) + crank pulley (135TL) and workmanship (30TL) balls, but there is nothing to do.
