It is difficult to use Sivasta 407 and the reason is that the air generally decreases to negative values in winter. When the air temperature of 407 min shifted below -5, the gear lever was not moving as if it were glued with Japanese, it would be broken. Pejo service and other masters said that the gearbox oil and gear rope will be changed. In fact, a 5 minute & nbsp; & nbsp; The problem is growing in the eyes of the nation because there is no knowledge of this issue and similar problems, so there are even those who sell their pejo :)
If you do what I tell you, your gear will not freeze again, but I will accept responsibility in this regard. DIV>
1. Lift up the leather part at the bottom of the gear lever.
2. Widen the bellow rubber next to the gear stick with a screwdriver. & Nbsp; widen.
3. Press hydraulic with 150 -200 cc syringe into it.
4. Remove the screwdriver and put the leather back in place. That's all.
5. I have been trying for 10 days, it did not cause any problems and it did not freeze even though it was -15 again.
6. I am happy to remove one of the peg's shortcomings as a result of my own efforts and skills. I took care that the masters and engineers of the piano could not handle it :) How happy for me ......

Raise the leather part at the bottom of the 1st gear lever.
2. Widen the bellows rubber next to the gear stick with a screwdriver. & Nbsp; widen.
3. Press hydraulic with 150 -200 cc syringe into it.
4. Remove the screwdriver and put the leather back in place. That's all.

This is the best part of Peugeot or every user who thinks he is already a master: D & nbsp; the guys are leaving a piece in the barbers for the first time, so the user completes it: D

Don't think everyone is a master :) I dealt with the problem of 407 min heater valve in my own way. The Pejo service received 515 TL, the next day it broke down again, and I made it without guarantee.

friends, of course, because the brake fluid freezing level is very low and there is still no problem.

I use it in Erzurum. I have frequent gearbox freezing events so I changed the two gear ropes in the first time. then I leave it in 1 or 2 gear in the evening. When I run it in the morning, I do the derbying and warm up for a couple of minutes, I proceed directly without taking it out of gear.

I think the problem mentioned should be valid for 2006-2007 models, I have been in Sivas for two years, I saw many times -10 -15s. Never happened to me. My vehicle was a 2008 model. Now there are 407 im in 2010 again.
