I have a 2008 model 1.4 HDI 150 thousand km flat gear pug 207 vehicle. My problem is that when I switch from 1st gear to 2, I make my knock sound when I pull my foot off the clutch and press the throttle. It makes this sound not only in 1 to 2 shifts but in all gear shifts. Always the same knock sound when shifting up while shifting up. I showed Pax auto ikitelli, a normal sound car said to wait for zero comfort at 145 thousand but it did not satisfy me very much, it sounded like it was in the head. The lower engine mount and the upper engine mount have been replaced. The original clutch set has changed, but the problem has not passed. I wish you trouble-free days. |

How are your axes? In addition, the flywheel grinding surface control was done while the pressure was changing the pad.It has to be checked for transmission. It may be for other reasons, but the simplest is that they are already wedges, your pressure pad has changed. There is not much left behind. If this situation occurred when the pad changed, this kind of thing happened to me after the change. Even though I could not find the .Net solution, we managed to improve the situation and then it got used to it. |

Thank you very much for your reply. Grinding was done while changing the lining. My opinion like you is the idea that there may be axles. But I don't know if the axles are complete or only my axle heads will change. I don't trust the mechanics very much. I would be very sorry if I change the axles and experience the same problem. This knock makes me cool from driving. Not only in gearshifts, but when I suddenly pull my foot out of the gas and hit the gas again, this hit. Help me, let me solve this, guys. ![]() |

Throttle throat ... Start with the most affordable I think .... You wrote that the wedges have been overlooked ... they usually make the gap ... they also know if they escaped when the gearbox is installed .... interesting ... I wonder. ..

I am experiencing this malfunction these days personally. Have you found a solution for this in my 407 vehicles?

Probably like the flywheel, of course my wedges etc. gotta look. especially the gearbox chocks on the bottom. If there is no problem with them, the pressure pad and flywheel will change.
