Junyan Angel Headlight Ring Exchange?

friends today i got 2nd hand angel headlight. I just realized that the angles of the right side are burning white, the left side is a little dark blue in the picture like blue. but the other is vivid white and the other is a little dimly, not slightly in full white but from mild to blue. can we change this ring? how much prices? and the headlight screw or is it intentional opening with a screwdriver?
