It throws white smoke only after 100 km/h

2010 Bipper vehicle only goes downhill at speeds over 100 km/h without accelerating. When you lightly touch the gas, it emits white smoke. When I give it gas, it stops. Only when you lightly touch the gas and it is over 100 km/h, they connect it to the computer. There is no error. We can't find it. Has anyone experienced something like this?
