Is my car burning oil?

I have a 2007 model diesel 307. While I was on my way a few days ago, I pulled the stick to check the oil and found that it was only very little at the tip. I looked blindly and saw that the crankcase had oil there. (It leaked earlier probably because it was not common, it seemed to dry) I added 2 liters, made 400 km and took it to the master. He said that he should turn on the engine and look at it, it could also be caused by the turbo. The bottom of the dipstick also melted. Where can this car's problem be? Does it cost big? Should I dispose of it?
In addition, it is worth noting that I use speed and aggressive, I change the car at 30000-3500 rpm, can this affect the city? cimariv to 2017-05-01 00:54:10

First, check the exhaust gas. If it has a bluish and burning smell, it is oil.

Check for leaks at the bottom of the filter, on the crankcase plug, on the turbocharger pipe.

If oil is running, the engine will open and the segment will be discarded.
Workmanship fee varies. I recommend you to get price from several places.
I don't think you can see them in one place.

Our Allex brother, who has made the necessary explanations, needs to check the oil level.

There is no abnormal situation in the exhaust gas. There is no visible leak in the turbo connections. This event is stuck in my head.
