The fuel consumption of my 2006 model 407 1.6HDI, which I bought a month ago, disappointed me. Maybe some of the factors caused it to be high, I wanted to get your opinion here:
I live in Ankara, and last Friday I filled the tank completely with Eurodiesel and reset the consumption on the trip computer. 1 week passed and I said let me see yesterday and I was surprised: According to the road computer, I leaned an average of 8.9lt at 100km , and my average speed was 19km / hour . The vehicle is used in the city, there is an average of 5km daily and 5km return road . Stop and get up. Especially, most of my return road is uphill and when I see the 2nd gear, I see around 2500 cycles of 12-13 or even 14lts instantly. I usually try to use the vehicle between 2000-2500 revolutions. Is this consumption normal?

If it's lit 8.9 liters per 100 km, it's really a lot.

but it is natural to see 12-13 lt at 2500 d in 2nd gear during instant consumption. When it is 3e, it will drop to 8-9. I think it will drop up to 7 lt.

Come on, I agree with the brain detection. Fuel consumption is slightly above average values in winter. If you take care to use your vehicle at 2000 cycles, you will approach normal values.

In the record I kept before, it was 7.6lt with an average speed of 21 km / h and the route was the same. This is interesting to me.
I have to use around 2500 rpm because of going uphill very much. If I throw it to 3, it falls a little bit from the cycle and frankly I have a worry about drowning the engine.

Yes Come on. 1.6 hdi 307 Comfort diesel. I bought the car 1.5 months ago. I reacted very badly in fuel consumption, but after learning about the cycle use, I started to see normal values. Even if it is part of the figure, it was included in the city of İzmir. But in winter, fuel consumption is naturally above normal values.

My teacher burns the most ideal at 2500-3000 cycles. but he is right if our friend does not throw 3 on the ramp up. As you said, the weather is very effective in fuel.

Is it true that 307 HDI lights 20-22 Krs in the city?

The value on the current computer screen is 5.9 but I have been making Izmir-Muğla for a long time. It is in the intercity density, but I guess it is under 200 TL for the city.

It was a habit to follow instant consumption with the eye; For example, I just went from work to Kızılay by car and most of the road was flat, from time to time there was a stop-and-go, I was able to go at a speed of 40-50km from the maximum traffic; instantaneous consumption was not much; In other words, if I say I saw 4, 5, 6 or something. Then, I went to Atakule from Kızılay, who knows from time to time, saw 14-15 with steep hill instant consumption. I wonder if the problem is the location of my house; Because the slope of the road going home is quite high, friends from Ankara know that I go out Sokullu Street every evening, it is about 2km long, and it is a ramp and in most parts of it. Maybe it is not a healthy assessment, therefore?

In my opinion, since the season is winter, fuel consumption increases a little. My vehicle's fuel consumption has also increased.

If it burns too much on the way home, it will burn very little when coming from the house. I think it's balanced. When going down, plug the car 5, step on the gas, let the axle go.

I think normal. Even a car like 407 aircraft. Even 206 is 9 liters per 100 km in the city, although 1.4.

diesel, of course it will burn like a tank, but it has a right. No more fuel consumption, no more fuel consumption.
