Is it okay ? Happens .. - Modification and Tuning Information

Good evening guys..
My vehicle is 306 platinum.

-I want the front lip, the attachment that looks like a buffer attachment rather than the lip attached to the following polos, is there anybody who does it? Or where can I find it? How much does it cost? (I looked at other titles but I couldn't get any results)

-I am thinking of cutting the middle part of my rear spoiler beautifully in the body shop and installing a system with a flasher or led inside it.
