Is 208 taken in water period

I have 50-55 lira but I would normally get 207, but soner said 208 Buy this money on a subject and it made sense so I will get 208.

The market is known now, but the new cash register is next year. Will it affect prices too much when it comes out? I would be glad if friends who understand from the market are helped during this period. I sold my car for 1 week I can't get this question
