Insurance and Horn

The interior lamp in my car started flashing the other day and after 2 days the base went out and does not light up. The horn started to stop working yesterday. Vehicle 106 quik. I checked the fuses to the left of the steering wheel, I looked at some of them, if it was loose, then the horn got better and I went a little more and wondered if the lamp would get better.

My question is, are those fuses all different (resistance account) or will they be altered if I change any fuse? So is every insurance private?

There's a red light next to the fuse and it just flashes as it tampers. What is this light?

When you look at the ampere values stated in "Rating" in the table below, you can see that some of the same are different. Generally, fuses of the same color have the same value.

I think it is ridiculous that my vehicle does not have a 106 quick 2000 model reversing lamp.
