Indicator Lights Not Going Out!

As you can see in the link, when my car has been running for a certain time, when I stop in traffic, when I put the gear in neutral and brake, the indicator lights flash. It cuts off when I give gas or move.

What is the cause of the problem, please help.

Note: Don't be fooled by the switch on the KM indicator, it was stopped because I had an oil service done before the warning. Also, since the handbrake is on, it stays constant, normally it also flashes.
