Indicator and Door buttons lights

Gentlemen, I have 307 vehicles, the lights and indicator lights on the door buttons are very dim, and on the tape side I took the left from the screen to the last level, road info. The place is brilliant, but the others are faded, not to be seen when minimized, very little is already disappearing.

My other subject is premium, can I dismantle those wooden places and make them normal gray? Of course, including the door handles and the middle.

You can disassemble it and cover it with gray foil or paint it if it is difficult to cover.
