Idling problem in Pejo 306

Hi guys first, my pejo 306 XR 2000 model has a problem that I think is due to idling. After starting my car, only on the right turns (not on the left turns) the vehicle suddenly contracts as if it was locked and comes to a stop position, when I turn the steering wheel slightly to the left, it suddenly jumps off like an octane, it does this at the first moments of departure and when the fuel is low. When I showed it to the masters, they changed the automaton, but nothing changed . I would be glad if you can help with this.
