Idling Flickering and Engine Malfunction Lamp

Friends, after my water loss problem I couldn't solve for months, the vehicle malfunction lamp turned on. At the moment, idling, rich, titry engine, exhaust sound is coming from the exhaust, there is no white smoke, there is no oil mixing in the water. The reason is either bobbin-plug or gasket burning. Anybody have an idea?

I don't know the water drop, but other symptoms suggest spark plugs and coils. It looks like healthy firing is not happening.
The places to look for water reduction are the heater core, expansion vessel cover, radiator and hoses. Good observation is required, as most pans are by evaporation. Of course, it is necessary to know the amount of leakage. It is good to have tests done for the gasket.

The gasket is burnt. I left it to industry right now. I paid 3600 lira for the car with the gasket and it was 7 months. I hope I can sell. I will do all kinds of damage but let's see. I'll give it a little bit more than what I bought, I don't want anything else.
