idling again :(

My friend car p206 xs 1.6 is sometimes too bad in my car. sometimes it gets very high. the dipstick arrives at 90a. sometimes it is 90. When it runs at low speed, it usually gets greedy and stops. When it runs at high speed, it turns up to 1500 times :( I did not complete the tank last week for 1 week.
