Guys, I want to clean this idle valve, but I don't know what this part is in the engine, is there any help?

Çorumlu did not manage to put a photo: D metal between this pipe and a pipe that goes to the filter boiler at the bottom of the place I drew. I remember the plastic mix as it helps. :)
