Idle Sizzling Sound

Friends vehicle 99 models 106 xr automatic at 115,000 km.
While the vehicle is running at idle, it sounds like a deep ciizzzzzzz. So how I say, it's like an electronic voice. It is not heard from inside the car, it is understood when outside. I opened the hood and looked at it, as if it were coming from barriers near the left wheel. It's not a mechanical sound like I said. An electronic device works, sounds a high pitched signal, like it.
Anybody have an idea?

I'm using 206 Auto. I was skeptical before. I realized there was a solenoid sizzle. I learned that there is something normal. Especially in the last solenoids.
