hi aleykum .. My car Peugeot 206 1.4 16 valve lpg li. After the vehicle warms up, idling fluctuation occurs especially when it is hot. It is going between 500-800. Then, when I put the vehicle on gasoline and switch it back to LPG, the problem resolves for a while. Then he does it again .. I slept his video below. I have not used this vehicle before but the vehicle is not very serial. The butterfly has been cleaned, the maf sensor has been cleaned, the spark plugs have been renewed. The engine of the vehicle was washed before and I washed it 2-3 times. I did not find the problem, I took it to many pejo special services in Ankara. But I couldn't find the solution. There are minimal movements at idle regardless of gasoline lpg.

Have you checked pulleys bearings? observe the tension ball. Do you have a swing?

I did not always confuse my mind that it does not always do. When it goes from LPG to petrol, it gets better then when I switch to LPG, there is no problem again. But then this shape fluctuates again according to his head. Especially when the engine is hot.

It is related to lpg system teacher. When the gasoline gets better and repeats when it passes lpg, it takes it directly to the lpg system. If there is no problem in the settings, there is a problem in the system. While it is most likely lpg gasoline may be coming to the system. In my opinion, use it for a while, gasoline map map will be improved and then it will continue to use with lpg.

Have a nice day,
I became a new member of the forum,
Have you checked the idle valve,
Finally, never wash the engine, especially the waterproofing of the electronic parts in old vehicles disappears over time, you may have more serious problems in your vehicle in the future

Unfortunately, our vehicles do not have idling sensors. I cleaned the maf sensor. I replaced the lpg map sensor. I make the lpg settings myself. Doing it alone, it also brings the temperature sensor to my mind. Let me also check the lpg cutter. It may not cut completely. You may be giving gasoline, you are right, so let me check the gas cutter. Today I distributed the vehicle quite a lot. The air inlet at the westinghouse is not fixed, I wonder if it gets air from here. And there is an empty socket under the battery.

I couldn't remember whether this piece was 206 or not, but as we can see there is a pipe connection where is that pipe?

If you open this link, brother, the problem may be. There is a nice scheme in 4 photos. If the center is broken, it can cause trouble in idling.

There are so many idle sockets on our vehicles, there is a socket originating from the teacher, but there is no hardware.

That pipe is between the vestinghouse and the intake manifold ...
