Do you think of an amp or sound system? I did the old 206 ma completely myself, I had no problems but I know 407s are more delicate about electronics. Apart from that, when unplugging the original tape recorder, the trip computer may not work, this was the case for some peugeot models, Apart from that, I recommend you not to cut the socket wires of the original tape and use converter sockets.
