I had an accident on February 9. I hit the barriers through the nose. The car was 99% pert, but the airbags were not opened. I got rid of it by chance. My seat belt was fastened at the time of the accident. No warning light related to Airbag was on before the accident ... My vehicle was 2004 Peugeot 1.4 HDI Envy. What is my chance to win if I give it to court? Is it worth trying? What can I get if I win? I request sharing from those who have knowledge on this subject.

If the vehicle got the coup in the first place, share the official vehicle with a crash, let's make more logical comments

Our neighbor entered the barrier with HYUNDAI ELANTRA.
THE REASON STEERING IS LOCKED, IT WAS NOT OPENED IN CASE AND IN THE AIRBAGS.
THE CASE HAS OPENED AND WON.
YOU WIN BIG POSSIBLE.

There are two possibilities that come to my mind:

1) You bought the car second hand, the owner before you did something about Airbags
2) Airbags did not hurt because there was no blow to the Airbag sensors in the accident.
My master bought a car to buy and sell. There was only one car in the front bumper of the car, there was no other problem. But it corresponded to the Airbag sensor.

Vehicles with airbag have impact sensors in front of the right and left.

While crushing on the side of the accident, it touches the sensor and fires the gunpowder inside the airbags set against accidents coming from that direction and the airbags inflate.
Since the vehicle is pert alone, it has hit hard and it is unlikely to open, it must definitely be opened.
but the airbags of the 307s are attached to the seat belt.

Since the technical side of the business, it is necessary to consider the legal or administrative aspects.

The guys give an example, they say, my brother, the airbag sensors or installations have to be maintained and billed every 5 years (for example, of course). I think you should consult them to a good lawyer. Get very, very past.

There is a statement that the airbag systems need to be renewed every 10 years, but since it is a 2004 model, there will be no problem.
