First of all, I would not recommend 17 rims to 206 labs below 2.0 engine volume. It will tire because it is certain. I think you did not know 206 or 15, the maximum is 16. Anyway, if the rim is original, quality sports springs etc. are used, appropriate tire sizes are taken into consideration, there is no friction, and there is a method for not rubbing, torsion is hardened.
