I can't close the windows with my key - Partner tepee

I have a 2013 model Peugeot 508, I wanted to open it with the key to get on my vehicle in the evening, but it didn't open. When I removed the cover on the door handle and inserted the key to open it manually, it still wouldn't open. My vehicle was under the air conditioners in the parking garage, I wondered if the heat given by the engines might have caused this. On the other hand, while I was driving in Bolu in the winter in minus degrees cold, there were other malfunctions when I talked to my mechanic, he said it was because of the weather and when he pulled my car to a warm parking lot, there was no problem again, was it a weather event? Besides, I had the key battery checked and it didn't open manually.

While turning on the ignition, pull up the front two window buttons at the same time and wait for 10 seconds. You need to activate the window lift.
