Wheel bearings can make noise, making the same noise in gear or idle, increasing the possibility of wheel assembly. Rear slip is due to the structure of the torsion system. It's not something to worry about, you'll soon get used to it. Take silicone spray on the door seals and plastic parts for incoming noises
