How to wake 206 out of Safe Mode

Hello, I had an air flow flow meter failure in my 1.4 HDI vehicle in the past months. With the occurrence of the malfunction, the vehicle got into safe mode and started entering the cutter at 3000 rpm.

The fault is resolved. I have been using it in safe mode for a while. When I talked with the master to remove safe mode today, he said that it would be removed from Ecu with software and that it would cost 300 TL.

Is it necessary to enter the software to remove Safe mode, cannot be removed through the diagnostic program over obs? I would be glad if you can express your ideas.

my opinion is that if you clear the error with the diagnostic device, it turns out that the abs lights and the airbag light were on, when the battery ran out, we connected it to the fault detection, we deleted it.

The software is useless unless the flow meter is corrected. The engine adjusts according to the air temperature in the flow meter.
